1. Introduction
   These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by TST Engineering Services Ltd (“TST”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By engaging with our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

2. Services Provided
   TST Engineering Services Ltd provides structured UK MCA Engineering Oral Preparation, professional development training, consultancy services, and e-learning support aligned with relevant maritime standards including MIN 654.

All services are delivered with the aim of enhancing knowledge, exam technique, and professional competence. We do not guarantee examination outcomes.

1. Bookings and Payments
   All bookings must be confirmed via our official website or through direct communication with TST.

Payment must be completed prior to the commencement of any training unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment can be made via bank transfer or through a third-party payment link issued upon completion of your booking.

To access package pricing, the required number of sessions must be booked together as part of a single arrangement prior to payment.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. A booking is only confirmed once payment has been received.

1. Cancellations and Refunds
   Client cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled session will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
   Cancellations made less than 7 days before the session will receive a 50% refund or the option to reschedule subject to availability.
   Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session are non-refundable.

In the unlikely event that TST must cancel or reschedule a session, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.

1. Rescheduling
   Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session and are subject to availability.

2. Intellectual Property
   All materials provided by TST Engineering Services Ltd, including documents, training content, and e-learning modules, remain the intellectual property of TST.

These materials must not be copied, distributed, shared, or reproduced without prior written consent.

1. Use of Services
   Clients agree to use TST services for lawful purposes only. Any misuse, including the sharing of proprietary content or disruptive behaviour, may result in termination of services without refund.

2. Limitation of Liability
   TST Engineering Services Ltd shall not be held liable for examination outcomes, career progression decisions, or any indirect or consequential losses.

Our services are designed to support preparation and development but do not replace individual responsibility.

1. Confidentiality
   All client information is treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except where required by law.

2. Data Protection
   We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Further details can be found within our Privacy Policy.

3. Amendments
   TST reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.

4. Governing Law
   These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
