Are surveys and certification covered? Yes. Surveys, certification and vessel compliance form an important part of Chief Engineer preparation. We cover what is required, the Chief Engineer's responsibility and the action needed when deficiencies are identified.
Do you only ask mock oral examination questions? No. Mock oral questioning is an important part of preparation, but repeatedly answering questions alone does not necessarily develop the technical understanding required for an MCA oral examination.
